Not all information on the Internet is reliable.  A good place to start looking for information is a subscription database.  The Legacy Library subscribes to several databases.  You will need a username and password to use them.  You can get this information from your librarian.

EBSCOHost
is useful for more specific information.  It has primary source documents, articles from magazines, journals and newspapers, photos, maps, and flags.  Start with the Student Research Center.

Teaching Books
has great resources about authors and books.  You can watch videos of authors talking about their work, listen to book readings, find book guides and even hear how authors pronounce their names.

Discovery Education Streaming has videos and photos that you can use in class projects.
